An invitation to slow down

to observe and to allow

the heart and body to speak

Nice to meet you, my name is Anat Eshet Padani.

I am a body oriented mindfulness-based therapist grounded in the ‘Hakomi method’, with over twenty years of experience in experiential psychotherapeutic work.

My work draws from ‘Hakomi, Biosynthesis’, nature-based therapy, and trauma and attachment-oriented approaches.

I believe that the body is not only where our story is held, it is also a doorway to healing.

My work is rooted in listening to the story, but even more so to what unfolds within the body and psyche through the story. Within each person there is a whole world waiting to be revealed.

For me, the connection to the body is a way to reconnect with our inner home—to find a supportive relationship with ourselves and meaning within life.

I see clients in my private clinic in Arsuf and facilitate workshops in Israel and abroad.

You finaly listen to me
said the inner voice.

"I have wanted to for some time”

I said to him

but the noise outside"

"was so loud

“so what happened now?”

I entered my home

I practice mindfulness-based body oriented psychotherapy, drawing from the ‘Hakomi Method’ and ‘Biosynthesis’. Approaches that view body and mind as one living, evolving system oriented

towards growth and healing.

In our sessions, we slow down and listen to what is unfolding in the present moment, in the body, emotions, and awareness, within a mindful, non-judgmental presence and respect for the inner pace of change.

Life experiences are held in the body and continue to shape how we feel, perceive ourselves and the world, and relate to others.

Through gentle attention, these patterns can be met anew, allowing new experiences to be felt in the body, bringing movement and transformation from within.

This opens a space of safety, freedom of choice, and a living connection with ourselves and the world.

My clinic is located in the heart of nature in the village of Arsuf - a quiet place, open to the sky, connected to the earth, the sea, and the Sharon nature reserve.

.It is a space that invites you to slow down, breathe, feel, and be as you are

I guide intimate workshops in nature -
a space for exploring body and mind through movement, breath, mindfulness, emotional work, nature and open sharing.

For those who feel the call to pause, listen, release old patterns, and meet themselves in a new, playful, present, and authentic way.
